The Wine Press takes fruit and squeezes it. The rate is the whole station: two fruit make one juice, and a batch takes a minute per pair, so a big pressing is a long one.
Ten juices, all level 0 — apple, orange, lemon, lime, cherry, blueberry, blackberry, and three separate grapes: grapes, red grapes and white grapes, because which vine you picked decides which wine you can make later.
And one thing that is not a juice at all. *Olive oil* is 20 olives for one, at two minutes — ten times the fruit of anything else on the table, and the only reason a cook ever comes here.
The fork matters: fruit juice is a drink and stays a drink. Only grape juice ferments. Take it to the Fermentor with yeast and red or white grape juice becomes a red or white wine barrel for the tavern — while plain grape juice ferments into vinegar, which is what every dye and every tanned hide in the colony is waiting on.
This station protects your work, which not all of them do: once you have pressed something, nobody else can take it off the press behind your back.
