The Pottery Table turns clay and water into the vessels the rest of the colony carries things in. No tool is needed — sit down and work.
Three recipes, and the ladder is short:
- Clay jar — 10 clay, 2 water, one minute, level 0. This is the one that gathers water. - Clay pot — 15 clay, 5 water, two minutes, level 1. The pot is what milk and honey come home in. - Pitcher — 10 clay, 1 water, two minutes, level 1.
That level 1 step is the gate, and it belongs to the farmer: there is no potter profession, so pottery was folded into farming. Anyone can make a clay jar; only a levelled farmer gets the pot and the pitcher, banks the recipes and earns crafting experience for the work.
What comes off this table are tools, not ingredients — you attach a jar or a pot and go and fill it. Nothing here has a collection deadline, so you can throw pots ahead of demand. But an output left sitting on the station can be picked up by anyone who walks past, so collect your own work.
