The product tutorial, start to finish.
Read it written up on the forum — the same walkthrough, with the numbers, and somewhere to ask.
Drop it in, link it, and sitting on your own chair starts restoring stats. A chair root gives +6 energy, +2 health and +1 fatigue, and the piece carries 100 item health.
This is the Copy version. Copy, no transfer — for furniture you own and keep, which is how most Second Life furniture is licensed. The permissions have to match the furniture you are linking to; Second Life refuses the wrong pair outright.
The SL Colonies prim must end up as the master prim: select your furniture first, shift-click ours last, then link. The other way round it still links, but the scripts sit dormant in a child and nothing happens.
Keeping your own animations? Delete our AV sitter script and poses, and leave anything named SLC.
Furniture can be damaged by other players. Damage is permanent until repaired — ten wood scraps buys back ten health — and at zero the piece vanishes and returns an hour later.
Crafted furniture does better: the wood decides its health and the sheets decide what it restores. A root prim is a sensible default, not an upgrade path.
