Berry bushes behave exactly as the fruit trees do, and they carry the same choice. Walk up with a small basket and the blueberries go into your inventory to cook and press with later. Walk up with nothing and you eat them where they stand — a little health back, and the edge taken off hunger and thirst.
A picked bush empties and refills on its own. What you carry away goes to the kitchen, or to the wine press, where two berries make one blueberry juice at level zero. Fruit juice is a drink and stays a drink — only grape juice ferments.
A long left click gives the owner the usual menu: rename, security, hover text, and spawn points so the bush reappears somewhere else on the region rather than always in the same spot.
